It’s an all too familiar story. High school. Kids bullying other kids. For being different. For being fat, or not their definition of beauty, or geeky, for being different. It happens to all kids in some degree. Sometimes it is a big common problem like in the US, where it happens way too much. Or like in my high school where it was never organized and never one person all the time, but you had power play. You occasionally got called names. You had “losers” – you wouldn’t ever call them that necessarily, but you’d know. Shane Koyczan’s spoken word poem “To this day” goes out to everyone who ever was or felt bullied.
